With a love of tradition, some years ago Steve & Sharon revived the Cherry Pie Festival which had previously been celebrated for generations throughout the local area and marked the end of the cherry season. Cherry orchards were once commonplace in the region. Held on the first Sunday in August everyone is welcome, so come along and enjoy the attractions laid on for the day as well as a homemade cherry pie of course!
